Extra Bed

Cancellation / Prepayment

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival.

This will be collected as a cash payment.

You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
